Bull**** pathetic and useless service - Marko is a joke

Since writing the below review - I got a reply stating it has gone further, which was clearly an automated response as its been a lot longer than what was mentioned and still nothing from them. As I said they are quick to take your money and report you when you have not paid (this has happened many times after I have returned the item) but will outright refuse giving your own money back

Beware when buying something online from Marko... If you decide to return the item, they will hold onto your MONEY as well as the ITEM returned for as long as possible. They will throw excuses at you and each person you talk to will give you a different story. I spoke to David Mabena, Arminda, Thando and an unknown speaker (my phone died and I called back straightway) reference number **********.

I have been waiting over a week for this to be sorted (promised 3-7 days, it's been longer) Apparently the item is somewhere at the supply and Makro refuses to follow up on this or to find out why the item is taking so long - As it's an online return, pictures had to be sent (which were and was still in spectacular condition - Item received and returned the day after)
