Bulk buying isn't a convenient thing from marko and bad management s****s

We always do our monthly groceries from marko because we want to stretch the little we have, the bulk deals helps part of the groceries is meat, we brought broewors as well like every month this time the wors was rotten as we found out when cooked it and cause our family diarrhea after consuming it, today we took it back to the store to tell them what we have encountered with their product but the respond we received was shocking from the butcher manager and the staff. The manager told us, it was our fault the wors was rotten we should have consumed the whole 3kg within 6 days so that we can complain, which is crazy for family of 5, the reason being we buy in bulk is the grocery shopping should last the whole month. He was so rude to the point that he didn't introduce himself and refused to tell us him name when we asked for it and he had a nerve to tell us he won't refund us because he did the same thing to a man who came with the similar problem with the chicken pieces he brought and the returned the next days of the purchase, he said we consumers love to complain about unless things and he won't entertain our nonsense and we can do whatever we want, he careless. The staff didn't want to help us also nor tell us his name just that he was new as manager and ruthless too. Which points he still needs training in customer service and with his manners.
