Brother printer
<p>We purchased a brother printer from makro amanzimtoti last year june the printer started smoking and paper was getting jammed when I opened the ink tray to try and remove the paper a side clip broke on the tray lever.I took the printer into makro booked for repairs and made them aware that these are the problems,today we get a call from a lady who states that the printer will not be fixed under warranty due to the fact a clip has been broken.I would like to know does a clip cause smoking and paper jam and just not any clip its a door clip.</p>
