Bronx school bag Makro

In January I bought a bag for my kid for school the bag was R700, the brand or supplier is Bronx, not more than a month old the plastic buckle snaps clean off while my daughter is trying to put the bag on her shoulder. I go to makro with the receipt because this bag is fairly new, after waiting for an hour the lady at customer service tells me that they have to send the bag to the supplier. It's more that 4 weeks now, no response I'm so disappointed in the quality of the product. Money does not grow on trees. I'm sure buying a bag on the street has a longer life span. These suppliers and quality of products is a ripp off. Pure day light *******. I'm just irritated with the after sales service at Makro. I guess it's a waiting game.
