Broken washing machime

I bought a defy washing machine at Makro 2onderboom on the 4th of September 2021. The washing machine is barely a year old and it's broken. O called their customer service, they cald defy who took almost a week and a half to attend to the machine. A day after the assessor worked on the machine, the machine is dead. I am expected to wait for makro to log a call with defy again who will take their own time to attend to my query. Meantime I am expected to do hand-wash whilst my money is with makro. I need the machine to be replaced not the run around hiding behind defy. A machine that is a year old can't be broken when I used the same capacity LG machine for 11 years without a hussle.
