BROKEN PROMISES 9

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER,

I have spoken to many Managers for assistance in regards to a Shed that we were promised that it was going to be changed and till date managers have promised and others are saying they cannot assist.... is this customer service ????
