Broken promises

Over a fortnight ago I phoned Makro Montague Gardens and was assured that there was stock of XPANDA 770 x 1950 Xpanda Homestyle Solid Gate with lock Product ID: 290096EA (CW***) for R 549.00. However, after organising transport and arriving at the store I found the product had been sold out. I was assured by various Makro employees, including via social media, that I would be contacted once new supplies arrived, and that the price would be as advertised. I left my email and several contact numbers.<br> <br> And that is the last I've heard, my numerous follow-up emails and messages have gone unanswered.
