Broken pipes on verimark product

On the 30th of Dec 2024 I purchased Genesis vacuum cleaner from Makro Montague gardens. I was told that the machine has a 1year guarantee. 3-4 months of having the machine the pipe broke. I’m returning the product as the is no return on investment. The manager and the guy Xolile refused to exchange the item for me. I’m so disappointed in Makro and will never purchase anything from them.
