Broken mirror

I bought a mirror and upon openings it , it was broken, I called, sent emails , nothing . The order numg is is MAK***. They say it’s still in progress so they can’t pick it from the system, bought a tv 2 years back , it’s still in progress. They don’t update their system, now I’m sitting here a stupid broken expensive Mirror. Don’t buy at macro on line, they deliver broken things and refuse to refund . You will call and they will I’ll never assist you
