Broken handle on Defy fridge door

My mum purchased a fridge on the 31st of Jan. 3 days later the handle of the door fell off. We contacted Makro, they came out a week later to state the door needs to be replaced. After contacting them numerous of times they came out 3 weeks later. Installed a new door that is so out of line. The handle fell off again 3 days later. We went directly to the store in ***n mines to complain as there was no feedback from calling. It's now going another 2 weeks and still no feedback. This service is disgusting to say the least. We still waiting for the handle to be fixed and the door to be aligned. I don't know what the use of getting extended warranty when you cannot even get service within 10 days of purchasing.
