Broken fridge makro meadowdale germiston

Bought a fridge at makro meadowdale germiston in store and it got delivered on the 28th of March 2026 The packaging was ok but the fridge was dented on the bottom door Have been calling them since the 28th of March They haven't replaced the fridge yet it is now 3 April 2026 they promised they will deliver on Monday but I have been waiting for a whole week for the fridge to be replaced. I will go to tiktok and all social media platforms and show all call recordings and pictures taken of the fridge.
