Broken fridge

To whom it may concern

I have been waiting for a response from you guys, it's been 4 months now and the fridge has not been replaced This poor service I'm getting from Makro. The Kic people came in December and said my fridge must be change under CPA. Why is makro struben valley failing me so much, I have to constantly call and email you guys and nothing is been done it's just business as usual for you guys I never expected to get such poor service from makro.

I'm still waiting for you guy to respond and come exchange my fridge
