Broken Fridge!!!

Good day I purchased a Defy side by side fridge in July this year. The fridge is no longer cooling. I have been calling makro woodmead for the past two weeks to get this resolved and everytime I call I am told that a ticket has been logged with defy to dispatch a technician. Its been two weeks, I have lost about R3000 worth of food because of this inconvenience!!!! I have been calling again this morning but I am not getting any luck!!!!!I am quite irritated with this issue as it has now cost me a lot not wastage and money!!!
