BROKEN CLOCK
The wall clock that I ordered online was delivered and it is broken. The glass in front is totally shattered and the back part where the battery should fit in, is also falling apart (I have pictures of this). It obviously should have been packaged better. The courier guy said he could hear it was broken when he got the package! I contacted Makro on their app, I sent an email AND send a WA to the link they sent me, but they DON'T RESPOND! I need the clock to be replaced or refunded.
