Brilliant Customer Service

Me and my husband went to Makro in Cape Gate the past week for a normal house hold vacuum. The young man by the name of Boikie approached us from a distance with a lovely smile, as if he's been waiting for us, and friendly greeted and asked if we're not look for a vacuum cleaner, of course we were. He took us there, and started asking us what we need it for, we did told him that we have two dogs and a very big house but no carpet. The guy was well prepared to show us this expensive vacuum cleaner that me and my husband did not think is what we need. He went on to explain why that machine and how it works. It was a brilliant vacuum cleaner called Whisper that is very quiet and very powerful! We usually argue a lot on what and what not to buy when we go shopping together, but Boikie easily got us agreeing on the same thing that day, he even went out to get us a trolley, loaded the machine and asked us if there's anything else we need. What a great service we got! Thank you Makro for great stuff members you have in your store, and thank you very much to Boikie, what a good personality he has! My Whisper works like a boom! I'm very happy, thank you very much!
