Great service from Mpho the General Merchandise Manager and the Ottery Stores Manager who helped myself and wife with a terrible situation we were in. Took a TV back and the service was not good but Mpho changed that and made us happy Makro clients, Will continue to buy my products at Makro Ottery due to brilliant assistance
