Brand new Ring light from Makro (Dawn Wing), cracked!

I purchased a Ring fill light from the Makro online store. They charge +/- R50 delivery charge per item that you order and they use Dawn Wing to deliver it. I placed the order on Friday and it was delivered today, which is Wednesday. But...the light has a crack and there is a hole in the plastic. It still functions but this is not acceptable for a new item that I had to pay full price for (they are not cheap, the delivery fee is almost 20%). I tried to contact them on their website but it says error id: kvjhcs
