Brand New DEFY REFRIGERATOR

We would like to bring our dissatisfaction of your uphauling and pathetic service on the product you sold us to your attention.

We bought a brand new DEFY REFRIGERATOR late Dec 2024 from your Makro Wonderboom Branch in PTA. About two weeks later this rattling noise started and its very loud and irritating. Early January this yr , we went to your Wonderboom Branch to report the issue and we were promised that withing 3 days we will get the call from Defy technician who will come to our house and look into the matter to assist.

Its February, nothing has happened no one called no one came. we are still experiencing the same issue. I have attached the sound of your product. Should we not get any immediate response we will escalate this matter because we feel the reluctance of your intervention is purely undermining and disrespectful. Please note we no longer have 3days to wait anymore. We need your immediate attention to this issue, you sold us ******* and its very disappointing or come fetch your it and refund us, it’s that simple.
