Makro Woodmead are a bunch of daylight ******s who have unqualified, rude, obnoxious, lazy staff. They sold me a vacuum cleaner with a factory fault on it!!! when I went to return it, I stood in a queue for over an hour and there was 1 attendant who kept leaving the counter to take breaks. There was a elderly couple in front of me, waiting in the sun, very sad state of affairs at Makro Woodmead. They told me they will send the vaccuum for repairs, when I asked for the Manager, I waited another 30mins for a Rude encounter by a Manager who looked like she was doing me a favour by coming, I think her name is Christina - absolutely confrontational and aggressive and not willing to consider a refund or voucher - how do they rob people like this on a daily basis! I must say the service at Game Waterfall is very different!
