Bought online and faulties not return

<p>bought items online for black friday, they were faulty, battle to log a call to return, finally after 2 weeks got a response and items were collected. </p> <p> </p> <p>still waiting for a refund or replacement.</p> <p> </p> <p>big company with terrible after sales</p>
