Bought from Makro Online, delivery not happening

We order a dishwasher online from Makro on 9 November 2024,estimated delivery date 13 November 2024.

Today is the 16th of November 2024, still no dishwasher. I have send emails, whatsapps and made phone calls to their customer care line, without any success.

I will not buy from Makro online again.
