Bought A Totem Bicycle (Makro Springfield)

This is for Makro Spring-field KZN

I bought a Totem XC440 FRS today 07/01/2018 and when i asked for the bike the salesman Sableo brought me the box, then left without explaining or anything. When i got home i unboxed the bike only to find scratch marks on the bike, i left it as is , i will oversee the few scratch marks,

He never explained anything

1. I am unable to set the brakes 2. I am unable to set the Gears 3. The few Bolts i am unable to fasten 4. Brake cable is scratching on the front tyre

i got such **** service on buying my first bike the service of these guys is uttlery ****

i would like to bring the bike back and not get a refund i would like to get another one that has been assembled and setup and no scratched.

its not even 24 hours that i have has this bike and i am unhappy Thank you
