Bought a Hisense fridge at Makro

I bought a fridge from Makro in march and its not working I reached out to them they have been sending technicians ( 5 ) of them to come fix it still the fridge is not working am frustrated and I told them I want a refund or a exchange of this fridge but they refuse and insist that they will send more people to check it this fridge has a factory fault Please help
