Bosch machine
Bought a Bosch front loader and the machine spins frantically it has damaged my floors and tiles on the wall. Have been logging the issue since December

I have received calls but Bosch refuses to send out a technician. Bosch has called and rather advising me what parts I should remove from the machine, parts that should have been removed when machine was delivered. I have requested that the parts be removed by Makro or Bosch and to date no response
