Blind eye turned to false advertising, incorrect product delivered
I ordered a Floormax Top Plus Home Mop and a knock-off was delivered - after an entire 2 weeks. Left a review saying the incorrect item was delivered, and it was rejected. The supplier is using the Top Mop photo, but gives you an inferior product. Makro doesn't care - no one has contacted me about the problem and my emails to them bounce.
Needless to say I won't be ordering from Makro again. Their delivery took 13 days - during which time my mom couldn't mop - and then when the incorrect product was delivered they don't care.
I'm sticking to Takealot, thank you very much.

26 Mar 2025, 18:41Well surprise surprise, one whole week later and still nothing. I paid for a Floormax and you gave me some Chinese imitation - my mom still has a **** ****** mop that won't last nearly as long as the one I paid for - and you're fine with it!??!?
I want feedback by close of business this Friday else I'm happy to go to the consumer commission and CGSO if you're not going to rectify this.
