BLATANT THEFT

I ordered three products from Makro online in early February 2024. After they were delivered, it was discovered that all three products needed to be returned (2 were broken and 1 was the incorrect product). I proceeded to spend the next few weeks trying to facilitate the collection of all of the products as despite logging the return, nobody ever came. After advancing the matter multiples times, and being informed that the matter had been "escalated" all three products were finally collected by the beginning of April 2024 (2 months later).

Unfortunately, the hassle to return the items was not the end of uphill battle for me. Although two of the products have been dealt with, I am still waiting for my refund for the third product. We are now sitting on 3 months after I logged the return. It has proven that "escalating" the matter means nothing and despite providing all requested documents and information, still no money.

I now sit without the product, and without the money.

It is theft. There is no other way of looking at it.
