As part of your Black Friday promotion, I purchased three bottles of KWV champagne, which, as advertised, included a complimentary six-pack as part of the deal. While I did receive the three bottles, I was shocked to find that the complimentary item was canceled.
This raises serious concerns about the ethicality of the situation. How is it acceptable to advertise a promotion, only to withhold the promised item? This feels deceptive and misleading, and I must point out that such practices border on *****.

The same feedback has been received on NUMEROUS emails and phone calls, yet the "relevant managers" do not EVER give you any sort of feedback. So thank you for doing exactly what I have done on numerous occasion without any sort of resolution after 46 days!
