BLACK FRIDAY SPECIALS - ONLINE ORDER- STILL NO STOCK AFTER PROMISES OF 5 DAYS

I have ordered the CAMPMASTER DIRECTOR CHAIR SIDE TABLE AND POUCH X4 @R299-00 PRODUCT ID NUMBER 343943EA on the 24/11/2017 and still today unable to collect at the Wonderboom branch- their respond it that they are waiting for stock. I have phoned and went there and all they say is that the stock is in Johannesburg warehouse. I even phoned as a customer today to Makro Wonderboom and ask if this product is in stock on the floor as I am interested to buy it and the salesman said yes 56 of them. Then I asked him why is it that the Online team outside the building is telling me there is no stock ? He started to rumble something and said he made a mistake it is the wrong chairs he was talking about. This after I provided the Product code twice to him. This is unacceptable and would like to get a refund on this if no chairs are received by Friday the 8/12/2017.
