Black Friday Purchase And im Still Waiting to PICK UP MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased an Xbox One S in the early hours of the morning of Friday the 22nd November and I choose to COLLECT MY PURCHASE AT CAPE GATE MAKRO!!!! thinking I would be able to pick up my purchase within that weekend cause I knew makro would be busy with deliveries cause of the mass amount of sales but to only STILL BE WAITING FOR MAKRO TO SEND ME MY SMS SAYING I CAN COME PICK UP MY PURCHASE. I really don't understand why I need to be waiting this long for an order I want to pick up my self, had I known makro was so behind I would have never purchased the Xbox and I would have gone to takealot, I would like to make it clear that I like makro as a store/business but their online division needs to look at how takealot does business cause this is ridiculous. my Order no is MAK714096 please get this order processed ASAP.
