Black Friday Poor Planning

I did an online order on the 23rd of November and to date have not received my order as yet. I have sent emails, called numerous times and still no response or confirmation as to when i can expect my delivery. My closest store is Strubens Valley. i have tried to make contact with the online manager via email- no response. I called and stayed on the line numerous times only to have the call hung up. MAKRO Poor customer service and poor planning- no excuse for that expect blatant disregard for your customers.
