I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had at the Makro store. I visited the store specifically to purchase the Sunlight Professional 5L Liquid, which was advertised as a part of your Black Friday promotions.

Upon arrival, I encountered several issues. The staff I approached for assistance were unhelpful and provided me with inconsistent information. Despite my efforts to get clear answers, I was repeatedly given the runaround, which was both frustrating and disappointing.

As a loyal customer who values the quality and service associated with Makro, this experience was far below my expectations. This issue must be addressed with their staff to ensure better service for all customers in the future.
