Black Friday Chaos

I've been waiting + 2weeks now for delivery of my order. I've called Makro Cape Gate on Friday 8th Dec and was told that it will be delivered on Saturday 9th. Nothing came, called again on Saturday morning and was told that someone will follow-up on the order and call me back within the hour. Have not heard anything since then. What kind of customer service is this!? All i want is communication!!

This is really poor service, I was told my order will be delivered on Friday 15th and nothing came. Makro did not even call me back after taking my details every single time i called in.
