Birthday voucher

Very confused

We used to get a birthday voucher every year

I received mine last month but my husband didn't in September We used to get one every year

Makro woodmead told me people get selected randomly

So why is it advertised on the website that when you get a Makro card a voucher for the birthday is also given????
