Birthday Gift Voucher

So when I opened my account on-line it clearly states that you get a R100.00 birthday gift voucher when its your big day, my birthday was 16th January 2015 and I patiently waited until after my birthday, I then call the contact centre RCS to query this and the person on the line advised that it will get posted with my next statement (bearing in mind i get my statements via email!!!!!) Then I spoke to a very friendly Sabeera (from Makro Ottery who was very helpful and advised that someone from head office will contact me, 2 Weeks ago i went back to Montague and they told me in my face they can help me. I am extremely disappointed in the service i have been receiving and feel like a fool going on over a R100.00 voucher, my views have changed drastically over Makro as a whole my point is why advertise it on your website when applying for an account card, VERY unhappy cutomer!!!!!
