Bike fixed onsite

Hi there was very impressed with Given from Makro Silver Lakes. He went the extra mile to assist us. Instead of having to book in the bike he took up with manager after the urgency of the situation was explained. Inbetween helping with sales and assembling on the retail floor he managed to fix the bike. He went the extra mile on Sunday afternoon and we think very hihly of him, and for that matter the Makro branch at Silver Lakes.
