Big promises, poor delivery

Makro Online always takes orders they arent sure they can deliver, and then later cancel the order and only refund in 14 days. The item i ordered was urgent i only received a cancellation email a week after i placed the order. Who has money lying around to go and buy the item elsewhere while im waiting for two weeks to receive my refund. A card payment only need 72 hours to reverse a payment i dont understand why i have to wait two weeks. This is a huge inconvenience and Makro should stop taking orders for items they cant verify availability for.
