i ordered a laptop online and it said its going to be ready +-5 business days,after the 5days i called makro and they said 21days! like who is going to wait 21days for a laptop? I then went to makro @ carnival and i cancelled the order and i am waiting for my refund,that aswell is taking forever!!!..this was on the 8th its whats the day today?! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I AM TAKING THIS TO THE NEXT LEVEL. I SENT AN EMAIL TO YOUR ONLINE DEPT AND CUSTOMER CARE. MAK*** REFUND REQ: ***5
