Big company empty promises and no service

Terrible service terrible customer “care” On 20 November I ordered 2x 512 Hikvision Sata sss drives On the 24Nov 2x 512gb Hikvision pcie drives I log a exchange as soon as I opened the box and saw the incorrect item was delivered as Makro delivered the wrong item and I need them to honour their sale

30 Nov I emailed Makro again for a follow up this email was ignored

7Dec I emailed again as I had received no response from Makro

8 dec customer care says they’ve forwarded the request to Centurion Makro SA

18 December still not communication from Makro I’ve now phoned and emailed to have this matter resolved

Also Makro is trying to do a refund instead of an exchange but online says the refund will only be processed in 2026 this is bullish.t
