Bicycle Raleigh 20 inch

Very dissapointed as we purchased a bicycle from Makro online for my son's Birthday.We could not assemble it because the front wheels forks is bent so the wheel is not running properly.Very sad little boy as he could notbuse his Birthday present.Upn contacting makro they said that we have to arrange for collection to semd it back to the them via couriers and then they will let us know what is the outcome.I am not willing to let my son wait for so long for they to decide is it faulty or not.I need a refund to get him a present like he deserves.Very unhappy client.No Birthday present for my boy...Sad sad sad...
