Beyond pathetic

Your online service has been extremely disappointing, not to mention the poor quality of the product you are selling. I requested on the same day of delivery, 09 March, that this product be collected, yet to date I have only received endless excuses. This delay is unacceptable. I expect the product to be collected and the refund to be processed as soon as possible.
