Beyond disappointed

I don't even think a star is deserved. I posted review not too long ago with regards to Makro and the return of some items. They have responded and gave me the details of the company I need to call as it was an online purchase. I messaged these people only for the person I was dealing with to tell me he would love to help me but Makro should be the one doing the refund for me. I contacted the branch in Ottery and the lady transferred me to their online department. I explained the situation and she took my number and will be looking into it, until today I had not received any call from her.

This has been going on since May when I logged the first call with regards to the return and we are currently in October.

I have never ever in my life received such horrible service and running around.

Please Makro I don't need your apology I just need a refund. I am siting with a product that can not use, It still brand new.
