Beware Warranty from Makro

Weight limit is 120kg, and warranty is advertised as 1 year. What they hide and don't tell you is that the warranty only covers the gas lift.

I weigh 70kg, thus 50kg under the limit, and the support nut on the axle, which keeps chair stable, broke on the right hand side. So an inferior part(s) is not covered by warranty.

(This is the second time Makro has refused to honor a warranty, I stopped using them for years and eventually thought maybe they have fixed their drama... clearly I was very wrong.)

I left them with the useless, now garbage chair, and left to rather support other businesses
