Beware of shopping at Makro Silver Lakes

Makro Silver Lakes damaged my 9kg Cadac gas bottle valve when I had my bottle refilled. It leakes when the valve is open. The full gas contents can thus not be salvaged. I therefore have to not only get my bottle repaired, but also replace the gas. NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM MAKRO'S SIDE. When I told the lady at the Returns / complaints counter that I am going to complain in the media as the public should know that Makro is not prepared to repair your property when they damage it, her reply was: " I don't care, Makro is big" - What is interesting is that their gas refilling station exploded last week. Thanks to this type of customer service I have taken the liberty of also submitting a compliant at the department of labour as I believe their license to refill gas should be reviewed. I will not shop again at Makro.
