Beware of ordering online with Makro PE and dpd lazer

Ordered online on 12 Dec, delivery promised 15/16 Dec. 28th Dec today still nothing. As this order has taken so long it has to be delivered in CT as recipient of prezzi has now left Plett. Very dissapointed in Makro PE and dpd Lazer (Dawn Wing). After being on ph to dpd - I was no, 37 in the queue, lovely lady helped me but to no outcome. The manager at the George depot was supposed to call re delivery - still not call. I emailed aswell. No response frm Makro at all.
