Beware of Makro online- they ***** your money and don't send you the product

I ordered Lagavulin 16YO Whisky 750ml (for my fiance as a gift), plastic cups and paper plates. In my order I received the cups and plates but not the whisky (which cost over R1000). The courier said "oh he saw there was another item for me he'll look and drop it off", but never came back. That was on Wednesday. Now on Friday, having not received any product or update, I get an sms telling me my order is cancelled. Nothing from Makro, not even a "we'll refund you". Just NOTHING except that my order has been cancelled. They just took my money and I have not gotten the product I paid for. I tried to call their help line which just tells you to chat to their bot on whatsapp! I am disgusted with this useless service, and that they have ****** my money!!!!
