Beware of Makro online shopping - Market place

Beware buying online as to get a refund or exchange faulty item you have to jump through loops. Makro customer care agents aren't very helpful as their response is that they are waiting for supply.

So seems not only is Makro slack but so is the supply. 5 days trying to deal with return or refund and still no joy.

i would be very careful in purchasing online items.
