Beware of Makro Online - Avoid at all cost!!

I placed an online order for a fridge on the 29th of November. The fridge is a gift that my siblings and I are buying for my mother's birthday which is this coming Saturday ( 7 December). The delivery of the fridge was supposed to be on Monday ( 2 December). It is now the 4th of December and the fridge has still not been delivered. I've been calling every day since Monday to check when I can expect delivery and have received no assistance thus far. I can't even ask them to cancel the order so I can purchase from another supplier because the call center is useless. The birthday is in 3 days and I'm starting to panic after reading all the other bad reviews. I have never been this disappointed. I will never buy anything at Marko again whether online or instore.. it's just not worth the trauma!
