Beware of Makro online

Consumers need to be warned of buying items through the Makro online store. My recent purchase was not received but they flagged the order as delivered even though the way bill shows that nothing was handed to the courier. The help line has refused to help me within their stipulated 48 turnaround time. So now I need to write off the expense based on online *****. Will never buy from Makro again
