Beware - Never use Makro Online Shopping!!

What a joke! Makro Online shopping can you please go and learn from companies like Amazon. My order no - MAK ********** I ordered Cupboards which was only available via Makro Online Shopping. I placed and paid for my order on 7 Aug 2019. Delivery Date was suppose to be 14 Feb 2019. On 14 Feb 2019 I called the so called incapable support call centre just to be told that this is an "Estimated" delivery date and my order is still to be dispatched. On 18 Feb 2019 and was again told by the support centre (I don't even know why they are there?) that my order was "Dispatched" but the call centre could not tell me what "Dispatched" meant or when I can expect delivery. Several more calls to the *********** call centre with the last call being today 25 Feb 2019 my order still is in "Dispatched" mode and still no one can tell me when it will be delivered.

Surely some "competent" person at Makro will be able to call the right people to give me answers on when my order will be delivered.
