BEWARE MAKRO ONLINE ORDERING

MAK*** Online order. Have placed and paid two online orders for the same product over a period of two months. Countless mails and phone calls to their broken and *********** online team and call centre....still not resolved!!! 2nd order was placed and paid 10 August. NO feedback or progress till I phoned them on 25 August to find out *** was going on....only to hear that they were out of stock. OOPS....best news ever!! Your online ordering system is absolutely broken. Please stop advertising and marketing it. You are deceiving and misleading the public, whilst you are comfortably sitting with my money in your bank account. Please do not again reply to me PRIVATELY on this platform. The public has a right to hear and know what your response and excuse is!! Lets see....
